I been in fights. But this is like my neighborhood breh punching me like I dropped his sister in a volcano. If you don't think Draymond went way overboard, you're crazy. I don't think he should be banned from the NBA or anything, but it was some flagrant bullshyt.

I agreed with you until the bolded. He should be banned, Poole should be banned, and Steph should be banned for allowing this to happen on his watch. Ban the whole damn franchise.

What makes this even worse is that he ran straight to Chris Haynes and had him say that Poole basically had it coming, only to have everybody involved with the Dubs say to a man that Poole has been a total pro the entire camp.

To me, that makes this situation untenable. Draymond was very calculated in trying to throw Poole under the bus right after this happened.
I think it's unfair to assume Draymond purposefully framed that after the fact to throw Poole under the bus. That would mean you're inferring Draymond is purposefully trying to alienate him from the playing group and/or trying to get him off the squad, which isn't in his nature, that we aware of.

What most likely is the case, Haynes is aware of them having history, and Draymond has likely spoken about this in the presence of Klutch in the past, and this is more or less Haynes trying to protect him, rather than Draymond trying to deflect blame away from himself and onto Poole.

It's in these cats job descriptions to spin shyt, they don't need someone to guide them along the way.

These threads always bring out the coli tough guys. Every time.
These are good but the best Coli tough guy posters come out of the woodwork when there's a coach slapping a child athlete thread.

"You are way too soft these days, my coach used to smack the shyt out of us and we went out there and played hard" :mjlol:
