i'm wondering why Drake is so fixated on exhibiting his new home all over the place...just seems odd to me.
It finally finished after a few years and people have been trying to see it since they first started working on it. There seems to be a new generation of Cribs on YouTube, only its through AD and Nate Robinson's show. Wiz, Kanye, Terry Crews, RDJ, etc have all recently showed off their cribs on AD.
And it's really nothing new. He used to show off the Yolo estate like crazy too. Now he has something bigger and better to show off in his hometown.
That's going to be a pain to sell should he grow tired of it.
You think? The full size basketball court is gonna be hard sell, but I think a good amount of people would snatch it up and just redesign some shyt. Off location, the higher gates, garage and luxuries alone.
It's kinda ostentatious but I'm kinda fukking with it more than a house of that size being super minimalist to the point of it not even looking liek a home you can live in that's been the trend lately. Like Kanye's crib. It's real nice, modern and minimalistic but it looks almost sterile
Super empty, mainly all white with a lil black and touches of color, too wide open spaces filled with nothing, etc. Some of these houses look like somebody just read some interior design mag and went with the trend instead of designing it around yourself and your lifestyle.
This shyt looks at least liveable and more mature. Would never live in that by myself but setting up a whole team there would have it feeling nice. It's seemingly big but not disjointed enough to get lonely even with people around.
Whoever said it kinda looks like a super high end hotel hit it on the head. It looks like that mixed with a museum. Designed to make you enjoy staying their rather than just functioning purely in its practical form as just somewhere to eat, sleep and shower in. It's now such an annoying part of minimalism, imo. It's just so uninteresting and uncomfortable looking in bigger houses. Works much better in smaller houses or apartments/condos.
