shyt is nuts. Hopefully that means we can one of those open room tours on AD's youtube channel. I hit there occasionally for inspiration.

House is next level with it. Hopefully this inspires some rappers to dip outta LA and maybe go down south where you the real estate is a lot cheaper. I saw Ross's mansion in Georgia on nate Robinson's show and it's nothing to scoff at either. Like 109 rooms in that bytch, horses, etc. Biggest single family home in Georgia with the biggest pool in the US.

Making these rappers look silly spending all that money just to live in hidden hills or Calabasas when you can get something much nicer and bigger in Texas or Georgia.
That home was built in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods outside Toronto - AKA LA-area prices :gucci:

Haven’t scrolled through, but only a self hating jackass can hate on this.
On the Coli it's most certainly hate, but you can't knock that people have different tastes in interior decorations or designs.

Some people hate gold in homes, some love it, some love classic art, some hate it, some love modern and the list goes on. If you talk to these real architectural freaks, they'll "act" like they love brutalist buildings or soviet-esque shyt and find what normal people find attractive to be boring.

You think? The full size basketball court is gonna be hard sell, but I think a good amount of people would snatch it up and just redesign some shyt. Off location, the higher gates, garage and luxuries alone.
It's gonna be a hard sell. If it were in LA or Miami the odds of another artist/athlete/celeb taking it would be high. It's that sort of style. But in city like Toronto it would sit on the market for years and years, just like MJ's Chicago house, Tyson's in Conn, or Evander's out in the Atlanta burbs. The amount of people looking for that sort of excess and showiness diminishes the farther you get away from the entertainment hubs. 2/3 eventually sold for fractions of their cost and I think Mike's house is STILL on the market.

People really put enough money in this corny chameleon's pockets for him to rebuild the MGM in Canada:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

This is one of the ugliest "homes" I've ever seen. He and Pharrell really be like ":sadcam:Home sweet home" walking into office buildings and art museums and shyt lmao.
You made me go look up Pharrell’s place, his shyt is clean :manny:

Indeed. But there’s a difference in taste and hate. Hate s unreasonable. Taste is preference.

“Cool crib, but I wouldn’t put an owl at mid-court”. = difference in taste

Its the opposite in reality.
LOok at Robert downey Jr. and Tom Ford's homes on Architecture Digest on youtube.
The super rich live very comfortably, more so than the noveau-rich

If they think this is gaudy, wait until they see Tom Ford's shyt lol. The price alone is nuts for that penthouse.

I just saw RDJ's episode last night. Their place is super cozy. But that shyt costed more than both of drakes mansion. Like $10mil something.

That home was built in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods outside Toronto - AKA LA-area prices :gucci:

That bolded part was mainly about Ross bro.

Ross bought this for just under $6 mil

Meanwhile Wiz spent almost $5 on this

But i think he was renting it and how he bought this for $3.4

$2 mil more would have gotten you

And I don't think either one has THAT much more money than the other so it's not like it's outside his price range.

I get it's mainly location but shyt, I would feel a lil silly spending like that and seeing some of these other nikka's places for around the same price. Im guessing they're also easier to sell, but celebs spending way too many millions just to say they live in LA or NYC are silly imo
