One thing I've learned about The Booth in my short time here is that it's full of nikkas that shyt on individuals that make them feel uncomfortable in their skin.

nikkas that remind them of the nikkas from their own towns that have all the money, girls, popularity, etc.

They hate nikkas like Baby, Dame, J. Prince, Drake and Jay.

nikkas that was popping before their rap careers, who don't hesitate to tell you how much more intelligent, gangsta, and charismatic they are than you, while always being their real selves.

They identify more with nikkas like Nas and Push because they represent the quiet, thoughtful, never got off the porch (unless they were with their older and/or more gangsta brother) nikkas, that wasn't shyt before rap, but was able to use their talent to make something of themselves in the super fake Hip Hop world, in spite of their real life, social shortcomings.

Those are the type of nikkas that make a lame nikka feel more comfortable being a regular, nobody type nikka.
Man, you Drake stans are some fukking weirdos.

5th albums to compare other greats

Kanye - MBDTF
Jay - Dynasty Roc La Familia
Nas - Stillmatic
Lil Wayne - Carter II
Eminem - Encore

Hmm, compared to these other heavyweights, I think Drake failed to deliver a great album but I’m sure it will do what it needs to to hold down the summer.

However, after hearing Kanye’s 7/7/7/7 run, this album seems to drag on and on and on.

3/5

Center self, inner self
I just can't get through this album. Dude is a coward and a fakkit. I tried, but my heart just couldn't bare hearing his corny ass. Dude is corny as fukk, so fukking corny. Too concerned with impressing strippers and prostitutes than defending his family's honor. fukk him, corny yellow ass nikka. nikka is such a fukking cornball. Ive never in my life seen someone so protected by the establishment. nikka don't even fight his own battles; those corporate dudes in the background settle his beefs for him. How the fukk we let a light Brite fakkit infiltrate this thing of ours? FOR GOD SAKES WE BEND MORE RULES THAN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH :stopitslime:

I can't stop listening to Sandra's Rose. :wow:

Preemo really laced that dude.

This is the first Drake album that I've listened to on repeat listens more than a couple times.

Ever.

I'm still stuck on the A side though, I'll get back to the B side when I feel like getting in touch with my feminine side.

But right now, I'm enjoying the fact that boy gave us one of the best Hip Hop albums of the year strictly based on the A side.

I'm fukking with B side heavily, that's how you feel up to final fantasy is :ohlawd: sequencing.

A Side is solid with the exception of "elevate" :camby:. That track is instaskip status every time

Summer soundtrack for sure, college kids may carry it into the fall semester :ehh:

Side A is rendering damn near universal praise.(Thecoli doesn't count when it comes to Drake)

This album IMO is like the opposite of Views in a way. The rapping on Views was bad(Except for Weston Road flows) But the singing songs were his peak (Controlla, One Dance, Too Good)

On Scorpion the rapping is A1 the flows, the bars, everything is sharp but the singing songs are lackluster. The best songs on B side are the ones he's rapping on(Jaded is dope af )

This why I've been saying he needed to take a couple years off before dropping a double disc. A lot of More Life would've made side B a classic (teenage fever, blem, jorja interlude, since way back, ice melts, passion fruit etc).

My main critic of side A is the lack of anthems and a the intro has no energy. But it's fire tho

I'll get around to it eventually.

I'm not really in the mood right now for all the emo shyt.

Side A is my shyt right now though.

Yeah More Life singing tracks is right there with Views. He was in a zone during that time period.

Emotionless should've been the intro for Side A.

Even when you combine views/more life. You got material on both to make a double disc classic. Hell I think if you take the top 8 tracks from both disc you might have Drakes magnum opus.

Highs on Side B
-in my feelings (should've been a single)
-jaded
-blue tint (needed a future verse)
-that's how ya feel
