Much respect to Jigga much respect to Drake.

but Jigga get the most props regardless considering he couldn't get signed (started the Roc with Dash), never had the crossover image & pretty much stood the test of the times (his #1's came in different eras).

Next at what tho?..nikka barely raps and when he does it ain't like the nikka top tier or some shyt...the passing of these imaginary "batons" hold no weight...its like a muthafukka can't be a "good" artists anymore...he gotta be the GREATEST...there's like no gray area these days...

And yeah...I dont think anyone is saying this makes him better than Jay-z when it comes to music. He is better than Jay-z at making hit songs tho. Just the facts.
Drake is that dude, but does most #1 r&b/hiphop songs make him the best hitmaker in hiphop and r&b of all time? Does Jay-z having the most solo #1 albums mean he has the best discography of all time in musics history? :ld:

Also
jay-z has about 40 features on singles since 1990, Drake has 30 since 2009.

As far as best hits, or biggest hits. That's very relative, Big Pimpin was barely top 10 on the rnb/hiphop list but No Lie is #1. Is it a better hit song? I don't believe so.

The "Baton" has always been imaginary, and debatable..... That's what we do in Rap. nikkas can't keep acting like Drake is wack... That's just crazy.

Don't listen to Drake at all, but props to him. But I am sure Stern will make the call and screw the Canadian over, just like the Can. US. soccer match..:beli:

yea, they make hit songs

all the records will belong to artists who came out recently

with itunes/amazon its easier to buy singles now than before

billboard hot 100 are counted by how many singles are sold, how many times a song is streamed, and how many times it is played on the radio
