there needs to be another equalizer in hip hop because a whole writer's camp is used to construct fraudulent hits, rehashed narratives, and create clever diss lines with no effort coming from the artist outside of re-laying the vocals, and AI can systemize this process even more to the point it no longer has any humanity left in the synthetic hits for the people with melanin receptors to actually feel anything, just plastic hits for plastic people to keep the money machine churning -- a means to an end with people selling out and fraudulent behavior everywhere
the new diss song has to come with humor because idiots can repeat a joke but totally miss on the delivery to make it funny or fall flat with bad punchlines, so it's no longer impressive to just copy paste flows. 50 took it overboard with pimpin curly and Cam can be genuinely funny while being blatantly disrespectful -- humor would have to be the new standard to judge diss songs to see if they are authentic or not -- not sure about r&b, where otherwise mediocre plants with a carefully crafted image need 50 takes and autotune to fabricate a mid song to captivate basic listeners. most of music's top charts are fukking bullshyt nowadays with no real talent to be seen outside of some independents who have unhoned raw ability and the talent scouts stay blind to them
