So everybody on the west cliquing up against Drake means he dissed the West Coast? Am I getting this correct? I don't care who they fukk with. Him dissing KENDRICK isn't him dissing the whole coast.
Him dissing Kendrick isn't dissing the West Coast, but you diss someone from the West Coast, is it strange that the West Coast backs up their guy?

No, calling Kendrick short isn't a shot at the West, but if people in the West say they don't fukk with someone calling Kendrick short then:manny:

And again, Drake did some shyt with Pac that wasn't appreciated and tried to speak on some LA street shyt.

Where the fukk the West Coast at when a nikka like Wack 100 completely disrespects Pac AND his mother? Where the fukk was the West Coast when nikkas was disrespecting Pac just to big Nip up? Now they care about Pac? I been WAITING for them to check the disrespect Pac been receiving the last 5 years. Ain't get it yet.
:manny: That's some internal West shyt.

Someone from Toronto try to say some slick shyt about someone from the West, then they may unify against that.

My point is someone pointed out Drake disses the West Coast. That's false. The nikka dissed a rapper. Who happens to be from the west coast. The west coast internalizing the shyt doesn't change the facts of the situation. He dissed one guy. For reasons unrelated to him being from the West Coast. BUT. It still doesn't answer why NYC caught flack for feeling a way about Kendrick calling himself the King Of NY. Now THAT'S some bold shyt. Imagine if Drake called himself the King Of LA. Imagine the uproar. fukk Drake. Imagine an NY rapper said that shyt.

I don't think Drake dissed the west coast but a lot of people called this when Taylor Made came out: you disrespect Pac and Snoop and the west going to catch feeling. They're sensitive as fukk and always take perceived slights further than intended. Using two west coast legends to fraudulently chastise a beloved west coast rapper in a rap beef was out of bounds and anyone with a brain saw that shyt from a mile away.
:manny:

And the west coast responded in kind. Even Wack's disloyal ass was in Kendrick's corner 100%.

The other mistake, west coast wise, was Drake bring up gang politics shyt as an outside. Nobody out west wanted to hear that shyt, certainly not the people mentioned. And since then we've seen Chris Brown dancing to Not Like Us and YG seemingly sending subs at Drake today about it. Don't gotta look hard to see who Kendrick is affiliated with, or why he's constantly surrounded by gang members. That was just dumb on Drake's part and another example of him having no cultural expertise to draw on. Should have known that shyt wasn't gonna fly.

yeah he said some of the dumbest shyt i ever heard. yeah cool, you know a couple artists that bang/claim to bang.

kendrick literally grew up around real people his entire life. that's how you know drake was operating from outside the community immediately.

such weird shyt, maybe because he can pay off his little canadian criminals to be around him he thinks it translates to america... west coast.. LA.... yeah it doesn't work like that.

Nah Drake inserted the West into it when he said "get more love in the city that your from" and also mocking Pac and calling Kendrick the "West Coast saviour".

He was speaking on West Coast politics and basically saying saying the west was riding with Drake over Kendrick. That's mad foul and pretty much opens the door for anyone from the west to respond.

Kendrick's King Of NY line also opened the door for NY folks to respond. Papoose and Joey Badass responded. The problem was NY didn't really see Pap or Joey as KONY either and nobody else was really holding it down at that point. NY let that shyt happen by not unifying. Don't be mad the West Coast cliqued up, you should be mad NY didn't.

He wasn't mocking Pac and I'm the first person to call nikkas out for shytting on Pac. He spoke to Kendrick on some West Coast Savior shyt because that's how he gets treated and how he treats himself. Drake saying he get more love in his city is NOT dissing the city. It's dissing the rapper. Again. Where was all this sensitivity when Kendrick called himself the King Of NY on Control? Every NY rapper that responded to that shyt caught flack from the media. Even Cam had to defend the NY rappers on Breakfast Club. A fukking NY based radio show. nikkas memory selective as fukk.

nikka he spoke on YG. Who was raised out there and really bangs a set. He spoke on Game. Who was raised out there and really bangs a set. Only one he mentioned that wasn't raised out there was Chris Brown. But them other nikkas was raised out there JUST like Kendrick. Kendrick is also a fukkin rapper that nikka aint no more special than YG or Game. Bruh. Lol.
