It appears that a rapper (a good one), that you never, ever hear from is involved in a hell of a lot of the rapping that Drake does.

:francis:

He got a conveyor belt of musicians, making music for him in two different genres. All that "Drake wrote" for blank is not an excuse for that. nikkas outchea wholeselling raps :mjlol:

:mjlol:

Yeah breh, I saw the same Kanyetothe thead that you got this from 3 years ago just like everybody else.

We've already established that Drake get's help, he's admitted it himself years before the QM shyt came out.

He's also never come out and proclaimed himself the greatest lyricist on Earth.

The post you quoted from me said clear as day "i'm sure he's had verses penned for him."

I've never looked at Drake in the same manner that I look at nikkas like Mos, Elzhi, Phonte, Rakim, KRS.

This still does not mean that he uses a ghostwriter, teams of writers, or doesn't write the majority of his raps.

Ghostwriters don't get credit, which is what makes them ghostwriters.

I don't know in what capacity Hush received those credits.

Did he write hooks, was he Drake's writing partner, has he ever spoken on this himself?

When you look at most liner credits on mainstream hip hop albums, there's usually plenty of folks given writers credits from the producer, to the engineer, to someone hanging in the studio throwing lines, to the writers of the sample source, to the Executive Producer of the album.

Was there a song that listed A. Palman, that didn't include A. Graham?

That's always y'all go-to reply ... "step outside"

Yeezy's are hyped, yes. But don't go reiterating Kanye talking points like when he said he was the highest paid sneaker guy as if Jordan doesn't still make $125 million A YEAR from shoes, which is almost Kanye's entire net worth.

And VaporMax have been just as hyped and big as Yeezy's recently ... but you know that because you're outside.
My man! the only Nike with as much as hype as yeezy is off white.

And off white gives people Yeezy vibes because it’s Virgil.

Vapormax has zero “hype” -they literally go on sale. People who want to spend $200 on Yeezys are unable to buy the shoes because they sell out immediately.

This shyt is wrestling. All involved are benefiting. Pusha has tons of Drake fans who had no idea who he was streaming his music which = bigger first week numbers. Drake and Kanye both have albums coming out shortly. It's all free publicity.

The narrative that Pusha somehow lost is insane, he's getting more promotion than he's ever had and he dropped a really good project. The only way you lose is if you drop trash music. Prodigy recovered after he was put on the summer jam stage, Nas recovered after the Takeover, Jay was fine after Ether, Ross was fine after the 50 beef. If you make good music you will always be supported.

So I just picked out a few of Hush's solo joints and had a listen to understand how a man who has done over 20 joints for Drake somehow does not have a sustainable career for himself. Unless I'm missing something do you really hear Hush in anyway on the joints mentioned? Drake is literally better than this on his worst day. Now I'm not saying he didn't have any input in the songs but let the coli tell it, this man gave up his spot to let Drake (who if what you say is true would clearly be his inferior) take all the shine? I'm sorry but no-one is that selfless no matter how much money is put on plate.

Can’t be mad at the brehs for enjoying the show lol

You’re definitely spot on with your analysis

Nobodies life is at stake... everyone is benefiting from all the free promotion ($$)

Nah.

Don't let some bias you got against Push take you to another space. I ain't never been to that forum, I don't fukk with them geeks. I hate that them nikkas come HERE.

We've already established that Drake get's help, he's admitted it himself years before the QM shyt came out.

He's also never come out and proclaimed himself the greatest lyricist on Earth.

What does, top 5, no "Top 2, and I'm not two" mean?????????? He is clearly vying for rap supremacy. He clearly has a ringer, for rap shyt on staff.

The post you quoted from me said clear as day "i'm sure he's had verses penned for him."

I don't know in what capacity Hush received those credits.

:snoop:

Credits only entitle you to publishing fam. If a nikka has been writing for you and largely responsible for your whole steeze you BETTER start crediting them. That's how you keep nikkas who write your raps QUIET, I mean the nikka's name is HUSH (formally Young Tony), I hope the metaphor isn't lost on you.

You mean to tell me you acknowledge that Drake has help, clearly proclaiming himself a top tier rapper while having a RAPPIN ASS nikka on staff associated with the majority of his rap content across two albums IN THE CREDITS and all that nikka is doing is bouncing lines or penning hooks?

:mjlol:

I study rap, I don't visit KTT and I got common sense. Liking that nikka music is fine, deeming him a good or even great entertainer is fine. But pretending like Hush is an OVO staple to sit around and provide moral support for a nikka who has been shown multiple times to be farming songs from sound cloud, other singers, rappers and all kinda wild shyt, is some see no evil hear no evil level denial.
