I had unlocked Spearhand early. Maxed that out thought it was insane. Switched to thief just to see, maxed that out. Figured I'd go back to Spearhand but it ain't hitting anymore. Thief is it.

Well it's possible Archer gets better with more Vocation points but I chose to pick it up in Battahl where all the enemies are armored. So it's not doing shyt against them.

it doesn't. its not even an armor thing either. you're doing jackshyt unless you're buffed and perfectly placing shots or dancing around with the jump/slide core abilities.

archer is gimped as fukk compared to DD1. it'll always be decent because ranged attacks and shooting crits will always have value but against the other classes its been handicapped hard.

Yall ain't using the special arrow attacks?

Explosive Arrow takes care of everything.

Combine that with the Meister ability, once things go down they don't get back up.

Random pawn tried the fukk outta me.

Finished a quest and she started this “Hey! Follow me!” prompt

I was like why not?

Followed her for a good 20 minutes, we’re slaying monsters on the way. No issues.

We hit this split in the road, the bytch went left. I follow. fukking Minotaur or something caved my chest in

Pawn tried to get me stomped out

After I that Minotaur, her outta my group.

Gave that bytch a rotten apple, no rating

As soon as she Uber’d off, picked her ass up and tossed her in a lake

Maxed archer first then went and maxed thief for the strength augment before switching back to archer and im a baaaaad man spiral arrow and explosive arrow all i need

archer on pawn makes sense because they're basically perfect at being anti-air, crowd control, walking turret, etc. if you've got a mage to buff them with the right elemental stuff, you don't even need to check on what they're doing because they're always cooking.

the problem with MC archer is that... lets use the Explosive Arrow thing. Because its one of the classes best tools.

Its an expendable item that requires you to aim - meanwhile other classes have abilities that cost nothing, act as a counter, and do more damage to a larger area

its even wilder because thiefs get bombs on command for free and no one even uses them because of all the other cracked stuff in that kit

What level are you?

I've been in Bahattl like 15 minutes and I've already had to fight two golems (at the same time) and two cyclops (at the same time).

I couldn't aim at shyt, it was absolute chaos.

I will keep trying Archer for a bit but so far it's far more work for the same (or, seemingly less) results.

30, I think. I've killed two so far and I'm like 37 or so.

32 i ran into one when i flew to battahl on the sphinx back

switched to thief. I gotta learn how to beat dragons as a thief cuz one kept kicking my ass. I only switched to get the subtlely perk for when i switch back to mystick archer

Mystic spearhand looks dope tho. I might try my hand with that

Dragons are easy as fukk as a Thief.

Just position yourself under the glowing spot and spam Helm Splitter. Obviously dodge as needed, until you get the Meister skill.

If the dragon jumps up or tries to fly away, grab it and use Gut And Run on their weak point.

Thief is hands down the best melee class for large enemies.

Thief and Sorcerer both have god like damage potential. They eat enemies health bars.
