Wayfarer vocation is :blessed: to me now

Got quality Warrior armor on - switching between a Thief skill, a Magick Archer skill and a Sorcerer skill. Means I'm built like a tank and can do all that floaty Sorcerer shyt when travelling

And all the other vocations I never use are at rank 5 just by using this as my main :takedat:
Wayfarer definitely my get shyt done class right now, slicing thru Drakes like butter. I went in maxing Thief, Ranger and Mystic Spearhand knowing those would be the three I wanted and just like I predicated a Thief with some range attacks with a magic bubble shield on the side is just recking shyt. Threw in a mystic bow as well just to ensure I can hit those shyts that are immune to physical attacks and can get off the air

Lvl 54, only thing giving me issues atm are Drakes and Dullahans.

Golems I grab a leg until they just fall over and your Pawns know to aim for the weak spots.

An armored cyclops can be a problem but my pawn has Heavenly Shot, so they either get deleted in one shot or knocked over instant.

Get the Meister ability from the Elf Elder and it’ll change the way you play. Add the Mage augment for stamina regen.

Oh well damn man, the reason Archer seems godly to you is because you're wild over leveled. :mjlol:

I just hit 42 and I was around 37-38 when I made that post.

my Warfarer build is trash bruhs :mjlol:
it's thief kit with the damage shield from MS and the weapon rotation ability. I drop the null-damage shield, put daggers on and buzzsaw flip until nikkas die or give up :mjlol: RIP to the opps. 2 drakes in one day plus faded a griffin that ran up so badly that it fled with 1 health bar left after it landed a total of one time. bytch-ass bird

Mystic spearhand and mage have been fun af. this is the ultimate fukkery exploration game. I was watching my brother get jumped by the lizards and a fukking lion, goat and snake monster in a cave Last night and he got SMOKED :mjlol:

I tried to run up on a dragon last night but he had me running for my life After I hit him a bunch of times Trying to take down one of his health bars. :sadcam:

knocking out these vocations one by one. mage is growing on me a bit. i got a ring that lets me quickcast for some health tradeoff - i can basically juggle enemies with the ice spell :ehh: basically cleared out the entire route to the volcano town

ran into the quest to escort some injured drawf. saw how fast he was moving "this bozo is food :ehh:" and sure enough he got rockbottomed by a minotaur after two left turns. keep extra wakestones on deck for this bullshyt stay ready etc

some spells really fall the fukk off with how enemies scale. the lightning stuff is real cute til enemies walk right through it

Yea, i think that was the problem with mine. Warrior + magik archer burned through my stamina too fast, wasn't quite the right synergy. I decided to take a step back and start the thief vocation to see what the hype was a bout, and walah, it reminds me of when i first got bloodhound step in Elden Ring. The speed and fukkery i've been missing.

I'll build up thief to max then may run it back with warfarer, hell i still got spearhand, sorcerer, and mage under developed/untapped so i got ways to go.

Only downside is shyt is so expensive, just getting top gear and armor for me and my pawn for one vocation apiece was a bytch. I stay broke :mjlol:

This game has a GOAT level open world as far as how real and lived in the world feels. NPC's have schedules, NPC's interact with each other(literally was at the bar in checkpoint rest town and watched this homeless guy and a woman get into a fist fight behind some dumb shyt :mjlol: , NPCs actually fight monsters and travel the roads, they have affinity(I unlocked the elven language by giving the innkeep in Sacred Arbor enough flowers to get her to like me and she gave me a scroll with it), there is always some treasure or mystery or challenging fight around every corner, and the world is more dense than it is large. Really only Red Dead can say it has a better open world than this game and I don't think it's that far off.

Damn you cats fukked up his art project?

I had it down to around 10% HP and I ran it around for a bit. Had my Pawns follow me so they wouldn't kill it.

He said he got what he needed then he made a cool sculpture of me fighting it. The crowd was like :ohhh:

I think it's dope how you can solve issues in multiple ways.

For example, I didn't have the pass or whatever to enter Bahattl so I took the southern route through that grotto. Which was a dope ass area. Probably my favorite "dungeon" in the game so far.

Also some Bitterblack Isle enemies are starting to pop up. Like the Wargs and the Gore versions of regular enemies.

Yup, loved that about this. Even the failures are just different outcomes to missions.

I helped the artist out by

using the medusa head...and even with that solution I effed up and lost my original medusa head to decay & found another one in the castle vault room. Put it in storage until I got to the checkpoint.

see... I just got in the cart going through the gate and hid. Rode right on through. I still haven't finished all off black breh's quests from the first big city and I'm out in the volcano somewhere at level 40 :mjlol: I done killed dragons already about to go back to the starting area to mop up the early missions
