Budokai Tenkaichi problem with me was that the fights became to formulaic. Punch, Punch, sway, punch, punch. Every fight I got a perfect.

Yeah, with tenkaichi its fun to play as a single player game periodically, and multiplayer from time to time but regular budokai felt more like a fighting game proper to learn and the skill gap is rewarding

BT3 had the best storytelling of DBZ games until Kakarot while being a much better game with a VS mode. No more fanmade bullshyt like Heroes, no more custom wack characters like Xenoverse...

I gotta fire up BT3 right now just off nostalgia. And practice. BT4 definitely won't be anywhere as easy to play as Xenoverse.
