People are so used to going straight to specific clips on youtube they forgot how slow DBZ actually was...

The ongoing joke about DBZ was the powering up for the span of 5 episodes remember... DBZ was known for being very drawn out, its funny how quickly people forget how things were before youtube came along.

We need to be reintroduced to the characters before we go jump into some random action. They made that mistake in GT and it never recovered.

If you don't like the pacing then just wait for the season is finish and watch it at your own pace.

DBZ and DBS have a specific pace. You can't have all fighting all the time otherwise when real fighting does happen, the experience is already diminished.

You need your slow and calm moments to make the high action moments all the more enjoyable.

I'm seeing alot of DBZ "fans" getting exposed in this thread right now...

I wasn't referring to Yamcha as in fighting. That wolf fang mascot was just stepping it up to babysit and let Krillin do his thing. Of course Krillin refused. Both those frail bodies fail. ChiChi could probably whip both their asses now

Man I'm looking at this new dbz super series and I'm not hater like the dudes in the comments section where I'm watching but its missing something.. its a bit too disney-fied to me. Like for example when Vegeta smacked up Goku like a bytch in the Buu saga. You could feel the loathing hatred and jealousy he had for the gawd but I get the impression from this current layout they wouldn't venture in that direction. I understand its slanted towards kids as it always was but it felt more raw in the OG. Its like overall the ambiance of it just not clicking from the music, voices and theatrics of it all.

I'm still enjoying it though
