The Saiyans in U6 are still warriors and her brother, who used to be a warrior Cabba looked up to, admitted she was stronger and more talented than him. She's obviously trained before. You just ain't unlocking Super Saiyan if you don't know about it beforehand outside of extreme circumstances like Goku's.

These surprise "shock" episodes don't mean shyt when you blow your load in the preview or in the actual fukking intro you've been playing for the past 3 months...
The whole roster for Universe 7 was in the intro before we even knew wtf the tournament of power was. Then they trotted us along each episode gathering up the members in some artificially suspenseful manner.
The threat isn't real. They writers really overshot their mark with this one. Just because it involves multiple galaxies and the destruction of one doesn't make it any more serious. There is no inherent beef between these galaxies. It was literally just made up due to the fact that somebodies gotta lose. The tournament is basically a gladiatorial fight between slaves and Zeno is Maximus. No matter who you want to win or lose these people are just fighting for their survival and whether they have good or bad people repping them they just want to live.
There was more tension and suspense in the baseball episode than anything having to do with this tournament arc so far. The story is now longer grounded within its own rules and its starting to feel like bizarre fan fiction. One giant nostalgia trip.
They only way this arc can be redeemed is if the universes go on some hunger games shyt and revolt against zeno or the angles or something. Some unknown entity kidnaps Zeno or kills him and the universes are fighting for control. Anything other than this stupid tournament and its dumb rules.
