Cell was already perfect before he died without the androids and then he has Saiyan and Frieza's dna, so he could get way stronger than Frieza could theoretically without the absorption. & Lets be honest, this is Dragon Ball Super...he would have been dumb strong from the jump. Would have been interesting to see how 17 & 18 dealt with him being there and him using the cell jrs, and talking his shyt would have been

When Gohan is on one he has the worst characteristics of a Saiyan ten fold. He was doing way more than he should have been in what was supposed to be a sparring session, even after Tien told him to chill he didn't come to his senses. He was the same during his fight with Cell, dominated him and even when everybody was telling him to end the fight continued to toy with him.
