You do realize there's been over 20 plus story arcs/sub arcs in the entire franchise. Super is already on Arc 5. I didn't say "The Best" but "one of". Plus this is a continuation of the Trunks Story which was Classic on it's own right. The whole series changed for the better once Trunks came back.

it was an ode to dragon ball when he learned the kamehameha fast, I thought they actually spent enough time showing him trying to master it

it was more about him being caught off guard than him being hurt, goku getting sniped by a laser beam is way worse


we only get like 23 minutes per episode, if every little detail had its own scene the arc would never end, this is already super's longest arc ever and its not close to being over yet

Gohan going super sayian 2 was the best arc in the entire franchise. But japanese fans fukked up his future. They didn't want him to outshine his daddy. Maybe that's why their country has a low birth rate. They don't understand kids are the future. They too busy fukkin pillows to care. Goku and Vegetas bond has been Goat and they've low key gave eachother props throughout the season They know they HAVE to separate Black and Zamasu so made sure to emphasize who eachother is fighting.
