Vegeta only knocked out Goku because he knew Buu waking up was his own dumbass' fault and wanted to go on his suicide mission alone. That's on him. He took the L and got slapped around in the process. Defend yourself at all times...Vegeta made it clear what the stakes were.
Part 3
Stopped reading right there.Vegeta only knocked out Goku...
There's always an excuse.Stopped reading right there.
Another W for the prince of ALL SAIYANS
I'm amazed at how little y'all actually pay attention to shyt, especially for a series spelled out as clearly as DB.There's always an excuse.
This fool posted the panel and STILL doesn't get the point that was made in the original quote. Goku got knocked out. Period. If a boxer is superior to his opponent but gets slept, they don't get a do over. Nobody gives a fukk because the bottom line is he got knocked out.I'm amazed at how little y'all actually pay attention to shyt, especially for a series spelled out as clearly as DB.
The fight was done. Goku talked some sense into Vegeta, and Vegeta wanted to take responsibility for his actions and knocked Goku out so he wouldn't help him:
Right in front of your face, even says we'll have to resume the fight later.
And then he finds out Goku was hiding SSJ3 from him and got pissed off knowing Goku was jerking him around, meaning he that whole ordeal was pointless. He gave up his free will to a sentient rat just to still be nowhere close to Goku. That entire experience was a colossal L for Vegeta.
Cling to a "win" that even Vegeta considers a loss brehs. This fool posted the panel and STILL doesn't get the point that was made in the original quote. Goku got knocked out. Period. Be obtuse brehs.

If Tori didn't hate Vegeta, this shyt would run smoother. From his introduction he's been stronger than Goku but inexplicably blows the lead in the 4th quarter and has been chasing since. As a whole child he was crushing multiple Saibamen at a time, each Saibamen being equivalent to 1 Raditz.
The same Raditz that pushed Goku's wig back and caused him to commit that just to get rid of him.
Fast forward to Vegeta getting pressed for the first time in his life and having to resort to Oozaru and finally beating Goku. Of course then this fool gets jumped by the rest of the crew and then washed by Oozaru Gohan, crawling away like Rick James after fukking up Eddie Murphy's couch.
For like the next 2 or 3 decades it's just Tori finding new ways to shyt on this man but he just gets more popular. At some point you've got to give this man another W, I think 20+ year intervals is more than enough, got damn.
What Vegeta stans fail to understand is that Goku is the main character and Vegeta is intended to be a foil. Like you said, he was supposed to be a villain and that was it, but wa sintegrated into the main cast.Vegeta stans are the most delusional people in anime
You bring up the Saibamen to say what exactly? There is more to battles than power levels. There is cunning, experience, and other intangibles. You're not gifted the win because you're strong, you get it through utilization of your skills in tandem with that power. Definitely coming from the naivete of a Vegeta stan
Vegeta was going to be a one and done, the fan response gave him life up to the Frieza saga. He never had a mentor. Never. Never.
Meanwhile to progress with your skills, learn your weaknesses and gain new techniques it can't be done in isolation. There has to be a base of knowledge to pull from and it is usually from someone else.
Goku had Grandpa Gohan, Roshi, Tien, Kami, King Kai and countless others to learn from. Vegeta always runs away when pressed. The same criticism Gohan gets but never placed on the prince.
In a panic against Frieza, Androids, Cell, Buu. When the going gets rough, Vegeta is the first to have his spirit broken. So many shameful displays, at least with Gohan we know he is excelling in another field he likes. Vegeta can't even get the big fish in his field of interest.
Pathetic.
