Haven't seen the movie yet. Because the 1st cell was created by taking the DNA of all fighters on Earth. Did the 2nd Cell having the same creation? They took DNA from Broly?

They never specifically mentioned anything about using Broly's DNA that I can recall.

He was basically created by Dr. Gero's grandson to be a stronger version of Cell. Looks kind of similar to his 2nd form. But he got activated prematurely before his programming was done, so he ended up just being a mindless berserker.

Well, three things have been established with Gohan and one of them really annoys me.

First, Gohan really treasures his family but it gets thrown to the side for his studies in these super adaptations. Even in the Tournament of Power, they show him defeating that warrior and show his family locket disappearing.

The fact they gave Vegeta all of the character motivation for his family and Gohan none said it all to me.

In fact, this is my problem with the current movie. None of what Vegeta said is new. Those are all things Goku said and has been doing his whole career. To improve Vegeta, every other character has to be dumbed down.

Back to Gohan, something they won't come out and say is, Gohan is more like Goku and his MUI power. The mystic power up removed him from his anger. His trauma has a higher threshold than anyone else in the series, thus that's the only time he can exceed his past peaks. Training will never do it like others can.

Finally, they really ruined his character and arc. It was only reaffirmed with the opening summary of Goku's Dragonball adventures. Gohan finished what his father started in cell and was to begin his own adventure until it was thrown to the side for fusions and past their prime characters. The whole generation of Goten, Trunks and Pan never doing anything illustrates this willingly.

He didn't whip nobody ass, he got the upper hand for an extremely short amount of time and then folded. He didn't win shyt and definitely not alone. Like I said in my original post, Universe 7 won as a collaboration against Jiren.

And lets mot forget the tournament of power was 48mins, so biut time Goku and Jiren fought, Goku only had that upper hand for a few mins only.

the series takes place directly after Z and Trunks and Goten ain't close to they primes,

Buu Arc was before this, and Gohan had Buu beat until he was absorbed, what are you crying about, he started off a non factor in super because he stopped training and became a family man because there wasn't anything to fight anyway

now he showing what Gohan can do when he gets back to form, and Goten and Trunks are still kids, and so is Pan, what are you talking about

I went and saw Super Hero earlier. 9/10 rating.

Spoiler: Here are my thoughts.

This was a really enjoyable movie to watch.
The good: Piccolo getting the most screen time was good. Vegeta winning the sparring match against Goku put a smile on my face. Goku and Vegeta being side characters in this. Beerus simping for Broly's woman is lol worthy. Good thing Broly didn't catch on. Piccolo popping up with that new form gave me 97/98 Kane vibes. Gohan's new form and that special beam cannon. Trunks and Goten getting some screen time. Bulma's ass.

The could have been better: It was cool to see Cell back in some form, but he should've been in his perfect form. Also he should've talked and they could've downloaded the Cell games fight into him so he could really have a motivation to kill Gohan. Cell talking trash to Gohan would have made it better. Actual teen Gotenks not being shown at the end when Pan flies around. Why not show him? Bulma using the dragon balls for selfish reasons with no consequences. This right here really makes me wish GT gets canonized for the Shadow Dragon arc, or remake the arc.
