I think they did a great job of casting for Beerus and Whis. Definitely like their voices. I've only seen a handful of dubbed episodes so I can't really comment on other character's voices.

They'd have to actually do new animation to because it differs so much from the manga..

Kai was nothing more than them editing down the anime to purely what was in the manga..

I think they're delaying the series so the manga can catch up and pass it so the anime has a blueprint to use.
