I decided to read the Dragon ball super manga recently and really enjoyed it. But I personally like the anime more. I noticed lots of differences between anime and manga and thought I'll list it out for DBS fans who don't have the time to read the manga and want a quick jist of it.
-It's been a while since I saw few episodes of the anime, so there will be some mistakes-
- Manga fight of Hit vs Goku was disappointing. Hit just seemed "weak" EDIT: Some people seem confused as to what this means. Manga Hit was sweating seeing Goku use SSB as opposed to Anime Hit who didn't break a sweat when Champa threatened to erase him.
- Trunks looked way more badass in the manga fight vs Goku. Whis said he was equal to SSJ3 Goku and even had the upperhand. Goku had to use God form (red) to beat him.
- Goku Black didn't kill the Supreme kai of the 7th Universe in the manga. He was killed by dabura when he and trunks tried to stop them from reviving majin buu.
- Zamasu first hears of Goku after his sparring match with Kibito when shin tells him it was he who defeated Majin Buu.
- The time machine was first created by a human from Universe 12.
- Zamasu looks up Goku vs Hit on GodTube
- Whis states the Grand priest is the strongest being in this world
- Goku Nicknames Zeno "Ally/Allie" in the manga (Not Zen-Chan) EDIT: Many pointed out it's a dub mistake by VIZ
- Goku Black goes Super saiyan when he fights Goku and Vegeta for the first time
- Goku never comes to U10 to meet Zamasu. Zamasu directly tried to attack Beerus and is killed same way as the anime.
- Trunks uses Taiyoken to escape from Goku Black.
- Gowasu saves Future trunks from Goku Black using teleportation.
- Vegeta goes Super saiyan God vs Goku Black in their rematch. He uses Super saiyan blue just before he attacks to maximize efficiency.
- Shin says Vegetto blue surpasses Beerus
- Trunks uses healing powers as he was the disciple to Shin. He can only heal once though and Vegeta told him to heal Goku.
- Goku at perfect Super saiyan Blue is equal to Merged Zamasu EDIT: Debatable; Goku after eating a senzu bean was able to go toe to toe with Merged Zamasu. Some say Merged Zamasu was stronger.
- Goku uses Hakai on Zamasu. But how? He never saw anyone use it.
- Merged Zamasu defused after one hour.
- Merged Zamasu Army.
- Beerus states he cannot kill someone immortal (merged Zamasu)
- Oracle fish says Goku and Vegeta will become Beeru's greatest rivals one day
- Beerus vs Vegeta, Vegeta lands a hit on Beerus in pefect super saiyan blue.
- The manga shows the grand priest calling out to all the angels (and the angels informing their GoD's). A mortal threatens to cut Marcarita (Harley quinn angel) and Belmoud (Clown GoD) destroys her.
- The Grand priest summons all Angels, Kaioshins and Hakaishins to Zeno's palace.
- There is no hooded fighter for U11. It's revealed as Toppo straight up.
- Grand priest asks Belmoud why Toppo is here and it's stated he is being trained to become a GoD (The anime states he is a candidate for it)
- Future Zeno says he doesn't know how a Tournament of power works and so Grand priest orders the GoD's to fight.
- Grand priest orders the GoD's to fight as if to kill each other and says weak/ GoD's who don't use their full power would be erased.
- Quitela states he has beat Beerus in arm wrestling.
- All the other GoD's hate Beerus since he slept off during a Multiversal Hide and seek game started by Zeno. Zeno was engraged and all the GoD's had to go through a great deal to calm him down.
- 11 Gods of destruction vs Beerus
- Beerus using Ultra instinct (? Whis states his body is moving on his own) vs other GoD's.
- Belmoud kicks Sidra who saved the other GoD's from Beerus' energy attack using a Barrier.
- Belmoud uses a move to catch all GoD's and shoots cards from his hand. The move looked similar to what the Grand priest did to summon all the Angels/GoD's/Kai's.
- Liqur is the only GoD to break out of Belmoud's attack.
- Heles uses a bow to attack Liqur
- Ramushh let's out a roar which knocks out all Kaioshins.
- Beerus and Quitela seem to be the last two standing
- Zeno's cant keep up with all the GoD's fighting. So Grand priest decides to ban GoD's from participating in the tournament.
- Great priest stops Beerus and Quitela's punch with two fingers just like Whis stopped Goku and Vegeta.
- Korn (U8 angel) tells Whis to educate Goku about how to speak to their father (Grand priest) and whis calls him brother in return. (Confirming all angels or atleast most of them are siblings).
- Zeno asks Goku to show all his transformations. (SS1, SS2, SS3, SSG, SSB)
- SS3 Goku gets rekt by Toppo
- Toppo uses Divine Ki too after seeing Goku go SSG.
- Iwne (U1 GoD) states Goku vs Toppo is at the level of "us gods"
- Beerus says Toppo = SSG Goku
- Goku gets ringed out by Toppo by a nut kick.(He was in blue form too)
- Toppo says Jiren is stronger than Belmoud "based on combat skill alone"
EDIT (pointed out by others)
- There is no Super Saiyan Rage form by Trunks
- Kaioken is not mentioned at all.
- Toppo doesn't have a hate boner for Goku
