If Evil Goku is alive I'm guessing Planet Vegeta never was destroyed. So in that case, he got Goku and Vegeta and everyone elseanybody gotta idea of the Saiyans that'll be on Champa's team?

Frieza died on earth when trunks killed him. Alot of the stuff you referencing was from Z anime filler and movie shyt etc. Aka not canon.Episode was decent but man the writing staff for super is lazy as fukk. Seriously fukk them. They really skipped freezas training. Freeza was killed on namek but got sent to earths hell. Hell is completely different now. Did they forget that freeza king kold cell and ginyu force was all chillin in hell together. Freeza is half cyborg in hell.
Master roshi couldn't take on radvitz from the very beginning who is weak as fukk compared to freezas other minions but now he can take on a army. So piccolo can take on cell juniors but gets his ass kicked by the red alien with horns who is only as strong as zarbon and dadorian.
Also the red alien with the horns is alot stronger than Gohan & Piccolo because he trained with Frieza (who now has the strength that rivals Goku & Vegeta).
Roshi probably did some training in between saiyan and this saga, who really knows? But it doesn't really matter. Roshi is just just there for it to he something nice for fans etc. And apparently he's not really doing much damage to dudes, atleast in the movie. He's just dodging and doing little slick shyt.
There really aren't any continuity issues in S with the Canon DB material. And I'd imagine they'd flashback and show Frieza doing whatever he was for training, same for Vegeta.
