Vegeta was such a bad ass......then he cried at Freiza's feet with a fukking hole blown through his chest. Some Ls are everlasting. I don't know why you'd write that into a character like Vegeta's arc. Should have gone down defiant.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanywhoodles, why does every DBZ thread devolve into Vegeta stans vs. reality? Guess I'll have to go back a few pages to catch up on the show.

Nah. That was one of the best character endings ever. Before that Vegeta was just a douche who as arguably Frieza light.

Him breaking down and begging Goku (his mortal enemy) to kill Frieza and not allow him to make more Vegeta was one of the best scenes in dbz history.

We got the defiant Vegeta against Buu later anyways. Both classics
