Yeah, the game is bland. Hit the Android Saga and have no drive to keep playing. Got a promo shirt for buying it though 
Going to run out and grab some food (since I'm probably going to be snowed in for a few days 
) then jump into this.

dont know why anyone was excited for this
I like it but then again I just needed a DBZ fix since last one I owned was Xenoverse the OG.
I do say this though, don’t necessarily have to exclude it but include Dragonball or GT storyline(s). It does get redundant doing the same storyline for most of these games. I know the Saiyan to Buu saga is what most remember from the series but still. I was complaining about the controls too initially but finally getting a hang of it, just still getting familiar with the community board feature

i cant believe people arent feeling thisi mean, dbz's story is one of the greatest ever told for me. i've never gotten tired of it

cause theres been over 40-50 games retelling the story of DBZ, theres no surprise element to this game
i mean, dbz's story is one of the greatest ever told for me. i've never gotten tired of it

Wrong saga got turned into an RPG. Should of been Dragon Ball...
But the game's main problem is being cheap and cutting corners.
Man... Weak writing, unnecessary RPG elements, and little thought and energy put into non-cannon events. Which is supposed the game's real staying power. They should of included the film's as side mission and maybe get a fukking half decent writer/ level designer to create original content. Hell... they could of just done DB flashbacks.
Another DBZ game... another missed opportunity. People complain about them retelling DBZ. 99% of it is they fukk it up.

Honestly no. Theres a lot of easter eggs and little shyt in it you wouldnt appreciate.
That being said you should sit down one day and watch that shyt.

watch the series, I would start at the original Dragonball before Dragonball Z to appreciate the character development and future storylines

ya I don’t think you’d enjoy it...I watched it in my early 20s cuz my cuz’ns roughly the same age were into it...watched up until the end of the cell games...imo the cartoon doesn’t stand the test of time...I was fond of it then but can barely stomach it now...I don’t think an older person who’s not into anime/cartoons would just start watching it and enjoy it...jmho
