I watched him play in a couple Oregon games during the year, and he's not at all some frail, wobbly weak guy like a few are tying to paint him as.

He's a video game create a player. He's got elite size and athleticism with a good skill level. I'd take a chance and reach on him in the lottery if I need a big in this draft

Really hard for me to bet against the sons of former NBA players who are perceived as a first round picks. Those guys tend to stick around the league. They understand the game beyond just suiting up. The only real issue with Bol is health, but if the Hawks pick him with one of their 3 picks and he has the potential to be special, seems like a reasonable risk to me.

Why would a GM get fired for taking a high risk, high reward player like Bol Bol? He has arguably top 3 upside in this draft. This isn’t considered a great draft.

We all know he has weaknesses with frail body, positioning, durability, shot mechanics, motor.

But he can handle the ball, shoot, has ridiculous physical profile in height and length, fluidity, can block shots on the interior.

He showed his full potential here and is a top 10 pick easy in my opinion worth the risk the right team will develop him into a beast.
