If you take him too high MAYBE. I think he's worth the risk though. KP was picked at 4 in his draft and he cant move or handle the ball like Bol can. If Im the Pelicans Im thinking about taking him with the 4th pick...

Bol has a unique skill set, produced huge numbers when he played yet is still raw. That is exactly who you draft when trying to build a franchise.He has generational upside If he hits he is a KG,Giannis,Norwitzki hybrid. Go back an look at how frail Giannis looked before the league.

KP jumping out on the perimeter to play defense is nothing new and the bigs who can't do that are expected to at the very least defend the paint from basic dump offs and dives. I don't know why people love to say that only a handful of guys in the league will post up - any team will take those free buckets off you if they dont have to respect your interior

if you dont mind risking a lotto pick and can't trade it away for whatever reason, then sure - believe in this guy's ability to stay on the floor.

he's more frail than zach collins, less skilled than skal, a worse defender than mullens, and most teams picking that high ain't got a need for him or the patience.

None of those players were 7'2 while showing the offensive potential Bol does. He has his weaknesses, but his potential upside outweighs them. Just as they did with KP.

Yea he needs to go somewhere that will develop him rather than being stuck behind the players he would be with NO. But if Im NO, him, Zion and Zo looks like a great start to a rebuild... Players with great potential that dont overlap one another...
