You mean....no different from brehs on here attacking Black politicians for "not doing anything" while never stepping foot in a political office themselves?

It's simple. Umar had damn near 15 years to fund this project and he had tons of support from many Black people. He had tons of Black media figures interviewing him and giving him time to speak on his plans while getting exposure to a bigger audience. And the only reason he was able to make whatever progress he made was off the backs from Black people.

It's not about praying for Umar's downfall. It's just pointing out how Umar completely dropped the ball and how the parents and supporters who gave him donations to kickstart things likely aren't even going to witness him running a functional school with a strong curriculum anytime soon despite all the time that he had.

People criticize politicians who've done far more for Black folks than Umar all the time on here so I'm not sure why he should get a pass for "doing nothing for Black people but saying what we want to hear."
