Nooo...I always set my triggers. Will not wait for a 1/2 price drop, then hope that it gains 50% so I can break even.

In general, most stocks are down due to Coronavirus.

:mjlol:Naw bruh. Ford is the most stable stock on the market for dividends first of all, second it already jumped to 12 dollars recently, then 10, then back down to 8. It actually stays around 10 dollars the last couple of years. You already making a profit if you have the bread to get enough shares. Meanwhile you eating off of Dividends. Plus F is synonymous with America, it's not going nowhere and it WILL go back up to the 25-50 range in the next five years like all the big dog American companies. Even Wendy's is 50 a share. You a fool if you think Ford won't rise as well.
I hold about 100 shares of Ford. It's all I'm willing to risk considering where they're at today. They're a shrinking company with bleak future prospects ad globally their position gets worse and worse especially in China. It's gotten so bad Ford has mostly quit making cars and only really do trucks and suvs. I don't re-invest the dividends back into Ford. I've lost like 17% on my investment. I will probably not sell those shares but I'll also not buy anymore.

Not scary at all. I have learned from past failures of 'holding on to can't lose stocks' only to see my earnings deplete to the point that even a great year-long rally equals a LOSS.

Get me my 30-5-% or more or be gone. No emotion to these stocks.
I really cant believe Ford is $5???!!:ohhh:

Right now the following dividend stocks I'm looking to buy:

- Apple
- Boeing (when it dips more)
- Verizon
- Wells Fargo
- Broadcom

Verizon seems like the best buy for my portfolio at the moment and I like the price point.

Yeah I think the market right now is bullish due to the strong job market report.

I got a few BABA but I bought in at $180. I'm holding Marathon Oil (MRO). Not sure why I'm holding it lol. I may sell it and get a small profit. Not really interested in high volatility commodity stocks like oil.

Think they going through all this trouble if they know they can’t hit the ten day average of $1? They sitting at the .18 a share rn.

They also recently paid off all 19million of debt.

Nearly a year later, how did those stocks fare (too many to look up right now)?

Google and youtube videos.

But as far as stock picking goes the leg work aka due diligence is the key. IMO*

Maybe XOM?

They're about to reach a 15-year low. I'm just very concerned with the energy/oil market.

Lost it all years ago.

Are there any "green" energy companies to look out for?

If we get say Sanders in office I would imagine that if this "Green New Deal" goes through there will be plenty of opportunity for these companies to grow considerably larger.
