Lol, I’ve been playing Doom 2016 wrong. I walk into rooms calm, head shot a few enemies, hide behind walls, scout enemy walking patterns, you know metal gear tactics, hide in a locker style,

brehs I feel enlightened, I’m playing 2016 doom again this weekend.

You must be playing on a casual difficulty setting. You gotta move non-stop in this game or get wrecked in one or two hits.
