Don't you feel its just beyond obvious that an Intelligent Designer created all this?

BEYOND obvious.

edit: but i think it can become a slippery slope when trying to discuss the actual "designer" and how it is personified, or should it even be personified at all?

are we talking about the creative force in the universe? do we associate this force with a consciousness? or do we even possess the mental capacity to imagine the kind of entity that could create this physical universe?

the problem with the human brain is that it always needs a context. and humans always run into problems when we try and mentally process concepts that extend past our ability to contextualize it. we end up forcing it into the highest common denominator, which is usually terribly inadequate.

edit #2: and we are still having issues deciphering and decoding the physical existence itself... with our senses we only perceive like 3% of the universe or something like that? so we cant even begin to fully comprehend the creation, let alone the creator.

Nobody truly knows anyway its so beyond our comprehension , but I do believe science is ultimately what eventually helps us, little by little, explain the unexplainable over time. But we have a very long way to go.

The white man is using the building blocks that God has already left us and is attempting to duplicate all the things God has done, with Gods materials but still doesnt believe in intelligent design.

Ignorant demons in here ignoring this powerful ether.

Somewhat ironically his very first point strengthens an "Intelligent Design" argument I think.

With the number of things that occurs on other planets...why is it that for centuries we have never been hit randomly by massive asteriods or other planet destroying phenomenon? No trolling, just curious on whats the science behind that.

because "centuries" is nothing on the cosmic scale

the dinosaurs were the dominant creatures for 135 million years, then their time came. homo sapiens have been around for around 200,000 years

hopefully we'll still be around to see a near miss by Apophis in 2029 and 2036

There are truths and lies (cover ups) in both science and religion. The sooner people realize we should be taking the positives from both and progressing as a species, the sooner we can :dj2:

We're a primitive species so our comprehension of how/why are in the infant stages.

But to be sooo sure that the opposing view is incorrect without even proving ones own view as absolute truth is ignorant.

That being said, I believe something created this and we resulted from it, but i'm hoping I see the day someone proves that belief wrong or right

It's funny, because I feel closest to God when I`m just in nature.

You look at the beauty of everything and you see God in that.

I felt that way when I first seen the Pillars of Creation :wow: It's so beautiful :wow:
