I do 30-40 minutes 5 times a week. It was hard at first and I was only doing 10-15. Then I finally got the hang of it. It doesn't take long.
I'll have to try that. I normally do crunches between lifts and then rock out on the rope. I always go hard to easy and lifting is the hardest part for me. Cardio is a reward. Doing 4 different lifts for the the day, I end up with abut 25 minutes of Jump rope for the day. It helps keep my heart rate up the entire time I'm at the gym.
