these videos

I do 30-40 minutes 5 times a week. It was hard at first and I was only doing 10-15. Then I finally got the hang of it. It doesn't take long.

I just upped my daily sessions to 50 mins today, trying to push it slowly to 1h20mins a day (split in 2 sessions) when it gets to summer.

Jump rope is probably one of the best, cheapest and and effort-effective way of burning calories

I skip for 5 minutes before and between each lift. So if I'm
Doing 4 different lifts for the the day, I end up with abut 25 minutes of Jump rope for the day. It helps keep my heart rate up the entire time I'm at the gym.

I'll have to try that. I normally do crunches between lifts and then rock out on the rope. I always go hard to easy and lifting is the hardest part for me. Cardio is a reward. It keeps me from lifting too fast, then I take a cardio victory lap.

I can jump rope on one leg, I can speed rope and change my tempo, but I CAN'T criss cross the rope it's frustrating.

Plus having flat feet after a while jumping wears on you breh so I start getting two left feet. :francis:
