Yeah I probably need sturdy shoes. I'm wearing Nike Hyperquickness, they're extremely thin and light so that in combination with just starting to jump rope is probably causing the pain.


Yeah on the balls of my feet. I'll give it another 2 weeks with wearing new shoes to see how the pain changes. :Thanks brehs :salute:.
Just came from doing 1500 skips and some back extensions :totheeastside:

I used to be real good at jump rope..... :patrice:
Lemme see if I can find mine might try the 1500 @Fonsworth, it sound slike alot tho :sadcam:
I do 70 a set and rest about 30 seconds...I'm a lil over 200lbs so its harder for me hence the double tap in between skips (the rhythm is a bytch)

I know as I get lighter it'll get easier.

I follwed that scheme.

1st round :lolbron: I can still skip
2nd round :ehh:

3rd round...heart beating fast :whew:
4th :dame:my shins

I made it to 10 then asked Jesus to take the wheel :skip:

Gonna try this again in the morning though, time went alot faster than if I was on a treadmill :jawalrus: I need a new rope too, mine too short.

I got a nice workout for you brehs that I've been doing for a while. I started on the crosstrainer, then went up to a spin bike, and even a rowing machine. The rowing machine one had me like :mjcry:

30 sec on/30sec off -
60 sec on/30 sec off
90 sec on/30sec off

repeat the above x10 if you can, otherwise just work your way up. I was going at it and feeling :mjcry:but all the fine women in the gym putting in work hyped me up :smugbiden:Next day I woke up all :damn:
