As far as Stanton goes, I get he wants to play, but he can’t be selfish about this. Even if he plays he’s a 2 AB player anyway. He’s done alright but if he can’t go, he needs to just come to grips with it and let Boone know so Voit can play. It would undo any good he’s done if he tries to play through something and struggles rather than pass the baton and let his teammates win it for him.
