Send the Feds in to do what? Tell your crooked cops to stop giving false intel to rival gang members and maybe the problem will decrease.

The feds can and will prosecute cases in which the perpetrator is a convicted felon(which a lot of the time is the case) and impose harsher sentencing. As a short term remediation , I'm guessing the national guard can be sent in to patrol the neighborhoods.

Community centers and jobs are needed, however a community this far gone would need a shock to the system.
