Of course he doesn't intend to leave the presidency once his four years are up. He has no incentive to. This guy is promosing us that he'll try and be a dictator. Only way to stop him is at the ballot box in Nov. Nothing else really matters until this guy and MAGA is no longer a political threat.
You're saying all this after he was basically given full immunity by this same SC.Trump ended DACA, but the SC in 2020 overturned that. Trump wanted the wall, Congress hindered his efforts to do it(still got some of it done finally, but point remains).

there was barely any checks and balances when the insurrection happened. he'd be president if mike pence didn't certify the votes in congress and he'd have a majority supreme court to back him up. one guy stopped it. he made his perfect phone call and even ken paxton admitted he had to throw out over 2 million votes or trump wuld have loss texas. checks and balances are weak and if they get in they know exactly how to stay in power as a minority party.

I don't think he is trying to win, I'm starting to think he never cared about winning. The job is to do as much damage to the country to benefit his Ruski buddies and eventually leave the country before the DOJ sentences him to jail time.
When he loses the election, I expect Arizona and Michigan to also indict him for election fraud, then I fully expect him to go as far as DIRECTLY asking his followers to go out and kill people on his social media website. He'd probably already be out of the country at that point.

Declare a state of emergency in your last year of presidency by any means necessary, find a SC loophole and extend your four years indefinitely. Villify the opposition and point to corruption and attempts on your life, more time is needed to make the country safe again. Have elections and employ strawmen...rinse repeat...it's not impossible that the US will devolve into a full blown autocracy or enlightened dictatorship by 2028 and call it democracy.
