I don’t even notice transplants breh, it’s just another Black person from a different hood. Don’t matter if it’s Stone Mountain or Philly. I just seen this old white man in what I thought was plain clothes looking thru my window and I ran outside. my spot was next to an alley so the random J walking thru wasn’t un common. So I’m thinking this gotta be some crazy white guy. It being 12 didn’t even cross my mind. Im just running outside like WTF, didn’t even look thru the peep hole I was rushing so fast. And luckily I didn’t grab the gun from under the sofa too. Cuz I opened the door up to 3 more white boys on the porch, 2 in cargo pants and Blue NC Sec of State polo shirts with guns on they hip and one plain clothed Char-Meck cop. Guess they thought I was trying to run, cuz they tackled me soon as I hit the stoop, but really I was running up on the white dude I saw outside and it still took bout a minute to register. Cuz again I’m like this cant be 12. I ain’t trapping, I’m the nikka outside Bojangles with a trunk full of Cam Newton jerseys. Why y’all pulling up at my shyt?? In Atlanta they don’t even fukk with you unless you got not a booth, but whole flea market full of shyt. Millions of dollars worth, and here I am re upping off Ali Express 600 at a time, and these folks fukking with me
The Sec of State shyt threw me for a loop by itself. Didn’t even know that was a thing. Never seen a state Sec of State office do law enforcement shyt like that. And local regular 12 in Charlotte is super hot too. They like suburban police dept pro active, but they in the city with that shyt. Even before my own halfway raid I had seen 2 real deal legit raids just on some random driving down the street and seeing 12 jump out. But my own personal demo made me see one thing really clearly tho. That mini team the sent to see me cost way more in man hours than the little amount of shyt I had. That tells me the white folks up there cool with throwing money away as long as it sends a message. And I got that message clearly too. Soon as I got thru all that red tape bullshyt I got the fukk up outta there.

CMPD move like the Feds, I been coming to North Carolina since I was 16 and they for sure move differently than police in other NC cities. They have a really sophisticated informant network, and they specialized units (VCAT is the one that hunts shooters and robbers like they Marshals, they got units for card crackers, narcotics, etc), they special units are on the streets like military cats. I can't think of the name of the ones who woulda raided you but that's def not uncommon, they units always on the streets and there is so many snitches that plug them into shyt its crazy...
Charlotte a transient city too, I got a ton of love for Charlotte. It's really not unwelcoming to outsiders, and it's like a baby Atlanta in a way. Local dudes don't really trip on you coming in and running it up but I always tell dudes, snitching in Charlotte is really thick so you got a really small window to eat and leave if you hitting it big...
