They’ll be fine. Just gotta make sure Bron is healthy in April and May. Vogel may eventually have to bench Russ in playoff game moments though.LeGBT!!!!! @MJ Truth
That's literally not true. I don't even understand why you would make that up.I cant count on that collection of players at that age without Bron out there.
Russ just doesnt fit well with Bron out there. Notice how he has his best games when LeBron sits. I dont know what the contracts look like, but Hield would have been a better choice.
Who were they going to bring in that would have them looking like world beaters right now with Bron in street clothes?Idk how Bron, with all his court vision and BBIQ signed off on this Russ trade.
Aside from the obviously terrible fit, this move has completely hamstrung the Lakers. They have no trade flexibility, no assets, and no cap space. Barring something miraculous, it might be a wrap for Bron's title aspirations.
Russ going to get booed at Staples center, Lebron requests a trade, Russ gets dumped by the Lakers using the rest of their assets - something crazy is going to happen before this season ends.
And how would that solve their playmaking needs when Bron isn't on the floor?Could have had Derozan for a fraction of the price
Bron ended his own chapter with this Russ trade.

First off, we haven't even heard a whisper about the Lakers being interested in Lowry. He was never on their radar. Miami is a great fit for him-- he's not carrying a heavy offensive load for any team. He scoring half as many points as Russ this season on far worse shooting.Lowry + Hield?
Also, beating OKC is a very, very low bar to clear.
He ensured he won't win anymore rings, all because he bought into the Westbrook hype and wanted to play with his friend. Lakers know first had what comes with Westbrook after they exploited him so easily in the 2020 playoffs.Idk how Bron, with all his court vision and BBIQ signed off on this Russ trade.

The second he does that, he will be asked to pack his bags. This man was not allowed to bench Andre Drummond but we gonna ask him to bench Russell Westbrook?Bron and AD made their bed by wanting Drummond, Westbrook and DJ. LeBron needs to look in the mirror and choose legacy over friendship. Send Westbrook to OKC for Kenrich WilliamsThey’ll be fine. Just gotta make sure Bron is healthy in April and May. Ah yes, "exploited" a player playing on a torn quad.He ensured he won't win anymore rings, all because he bought into the Westbrook hype and wanted to play with his friend. Lakers know first had what comes with Westbrook after they exploited him so easily in the 2020 playoffs.
Even good defenders will look a little loss when you are playing with only 2 defenders on the entire team. He is getting beat a lot but there is only so much he can do. He is being asked to do a lot on offense too. Vogel's one positive was he can get them to play defense, now that he can't you see what this team is.Is me or did AD lose a step defensively? He used to be able to guard guys on the perimeter really well almost at a kg level...now they blow by him with ease. That extra weight might not be such a good idea for a guy like AD
