A poor white can get on welfare and help his kids finish high school even tho he has a bad job with minimum wage. But in DR if u poor there are no programs to feed u and ur kids so u can help them focus on school. I never said or implied black people were "black" in a literal sense so you aren't arguing against anything I've said. Your statements above don't disagree with what I said, which is that black people range from BROWN to DARK SKIN. Notice there's no mention of "black skin". I also never said African can't be found in every shade of brown; I said black people are BROWN to DARK SKIN, which does not conflict with your statement but rather aligns with it. Additionally there's nothing wrong with comparing African populations to find out what their similaritities and differences are. This is what biologists and zoologists have historically done to compare other species. Moreover the fact you have lived with Africans does not mean you know anything. There are morons who live in Alabama who know less about American history than a Chinese world history student.

Alternatively, albinism occurs in all races. It is genetic aberration which affects even cacs but is separate to cac's naturally derived blue hair and blonde hair features. Blacks, Asians, etc do not have any natural separation between albinism and blue-hair-blue-eyes which presumes that blonde-hair-blue-eyes is not a natural black or Asian feature.

Fulani, Igbo, and Ashanti are a few ethnicities that produce light brown individuals who are genetically more 'African' than any AA.

As an aside, I hate the phrase 'you don't look African' makes me want to choke the shyt out of people.

The Fulani are large and diverse group. They exist all over the continent and even in North and East. Historical admixture with East Africans and Berbers accounts for their sometimes lighter skin.

The Igbo, I am not sure. But studies indicate Igbo are genetically similar to Nigeria's other major tribe. They shouldn't really differ in appearance.

The Ashanti I have seen are also brown kin.
