ive never seen a dark skinned dominican get treated worse than a light skinned one. its rare to see that because every dominican has literally every shade in the fam. where im from its about class and every poor person gets treated like shyt despite skin color.

Just because you're African doesn't mean you're right. There are 100% Europeans that know less about European history than I do. There are foreigners who know more about American history than many Americans. So putting that ignorant statement aside, I said that most Africans are brown to dark skin (which includes you) - and this is correct. Blacks are a race and have natural racial skin tone ranges. This can be observed through group picture photos of black country populations, most of which are similar, and which I have reviewed extensively. Africans do not literally come in "every shade". They don't have blue eyes or pale skin or blonde hair. You girlfriend is irrelevant unless you're saying Africans are part white, which eliminates someone from this conversation anyway.

Bruh just give it up. You dont even know what your arguing. black People are brown in the literal sense. Dark to light are all brown at the end of the day. To say all africans are brown to dark is an idiotic statement as dark is a shade of brown which ties into what i have been saying. Africans do not come in one shade of brown, you can find them in every shade. You bring up looking at damn pictures to use in comparison to someone who has lived amongst/related to African populations that are un mixed. Once agiain, Africans of the continent come in every shade of brown, and Can even come in the form of being pale with blonde hair if you want to take it there, due to Albino genetic mutation.

I am serious. It is very much the trend in TLR.
People can be mixed as all hell, but if the African ancestory isn't praised above all, there is a problem, self hate, etc.

In America we see race. Us vs them. Color vs Color. Around the world they are far more about culture and Nationalism.

I agree. I find myself struggling with that from time to time. Going by just "black" over "dark skin dominican" or vice versa doesn't make the struggle any easier to me, anyway.
