Dollar General has even mastered the art of putting up new locations in record time. It has something to do with their construction. It’s all prefabricated so turn around is much faster than traditional construction.

Plenty are! And supplementing via food banks and shelters. I was in a broke vegan group and many of them dumpster dove.
