i don't think that accurate at all.Bench Press Calculator: Calculate Your 1 REP MAX (1RM)
So just take 65 percent of your weight plus the number push ups you can do "all the way down" and plug in the numbers. It should give you a rough estimate of your max bench. It only goes up to 20 reps, by the way.
Why are you saying 65% of my body weight?Bench Press Calculator: Calculate Your 1 REP MAX (1RM)

If I use my full body weight, it’s probably close to accurate. But it’s wayyyyyy low if I use 65% of my body weight, and it doesn’t seem to be asking for 65%
When you do a push up, you're pushing around 65 percent of your body weight. So if you weigh 150 pounds (150 x 0.65), you're pushing 97.5 pounds for reps.
Here's another calculator where you can add more reps than 20.

every day sans sunday, I do 500-550 jump ropes and then the below ab workout
anyway I heard u weren’t supposed to do pushups everyday bc your body (chest) needs time to recover.
but I usually do 3 sets of 20 every other day with the middle set being diamond pushups
I'm serious. I'm not gonna post my body but it's true.
Start slow.
No need to rush anything and see how many real full push ups you can do.
I remember I couldn't do 1 push up in high school.
At work, I hit push ups every time I use the bathroom.
I do em in the breakroomSo that's what we doing now? Getting down on the pissy floor everytime you use a public restroom?
I do em in the breakroom
the 60 push ups every other day? no.. you won’t see significant gains from that, but you will tone up. i’m just tryna maintain what I have. i’m 6’1 183 and i prefer the slim/cut look. I try to stay in the 180–185 range. Is that enough to have gains?
