Do a daily training regimen of 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, a 10 km run, eating healthy food, and not using the air conditioner or heater to reinforce your mental fortitude. :ufdup:

It's a damn shame cuz my punkass should be more than able to do allat.

Push ups are just as good as benching for building strength and mass, To figure out your max bench, add the number of push ups you can do in one set (going all the way down), and take 65 percent of your body weight and plug those numbers into a bench calculator.
