Just found this...

“...If you don’t know his story, you are probably going to think the next sentence will be about how his mother helped him become the man he is today. In a way she did, but not in a way you are probably expecting. At age 13, she kicked him out of the house and left him with these words: “I don’t like the look of you. You gotta go.”

For years, Butler bounced around from one friend’s home to another until his senior year, when the mother of one of his friends took him in and made him a part of her family — a family that already had seven kids in it...”

If she just left him for no valid reason then she def has some sort of mental illness. Who knows if she had been with him maybe he wouldn't be the person/player he is today. Parents have a huge influence on their kids, so maybe she did him a favor even tho the odds of landing in a good loving family are stacked against you.

She doesn't deserve it but if i was in his shoes i would better her life for sure. There comes a point when you are making so much money that bettering someone's life and forgiving becomes much easier.

He should help her out, we gotta help each other out as a whole or cacs are gonna keep blacks at the bottom. No use in having hate in your heart of your only real mother
Mindset needs to get scrubbed out. It encourages freeloaders and resentment when people rightfully expect them to pull their own weight.

He doesn't owe his mum shyt.

"Even as a crack fiend momma, you always was a Black Queen Momma" :stopitslime::pacspit:
Difference is that Afeni didn't abandon her kids. As for the topic hell no he doesn't owe anything, but society will say he does because mothers get a pass for everything. Meanwhile fathers have to be perfect otherwise they ain't shyt :snoop:

The excuses people make when a mother fails her son. shyt would never be rationalized if it concerned a father who ran out on him.

I’m going to need you and whoever think like this to get the fukknoutnof here with that.

Nothing worst than a nikka quoting a scripture to cover someone’s bullshyt.
It's not covering the mom though it's for the benefit of the son. Not saying he should give her 6 figures but it's nothing wrong with paying her rent for a year and getting her a decent used car.

He can sleep good knowing HE did the right thing instead of holding a grudge until death

How do you know he's not sleeping good now? You don't get to abandon your child and then come back when they become successful.
