Just found this...

“...If you don’t know his story, you are probably going to think the next sentence will be about how his mother helped him become the man he is today. In a way she did, but not in a way you are probably expecting. At age 13, she kicked him out of the house and left him with these words: “I don’t like the look of you. You gotta go.”

For years, Butler bounced around from one friend’s home to another until his senior year, when the mother of one of his friends took him in and made him a part of her family — a family that already had seven kids in it...”

A Villa Straylight.
She wanted the dad and the "keep a nikkaz baby" plan backfired. He most likely resembled him so she hated him with a passion until she couldn't stand his presence. He probably did something little like forgot to take the meat out the freezer and she used that to toss him in the streets. Now she see his 30 million dollars (and soon to be way more ) ass on national tv like

How do you know he's not sleeping good now? You don't get to abandon your child and then come back when they become successful.
Plenty of successful people help the parents who abandoned them when they were younger. Nothing wrong with it. Gives you closure knowing no matter what you did the right thing.
