I hae no desire to see Captain Marvel other than the fact that it is a continuation of the Marvel universe so you watch it to understand the bigger plot Only thing I knew about her was Rogue got her powers from her
I forgot about Rogue, a movie about her would be dope if they made her a southern belle like in the animated series

because the men in TLR hate women...just a glimpse of the first page today has me like

It ain’t always about hating women, y’all gotta stop with that dap fishing shyt, it more so nikkas is tired of the BP comparison and we also don’t wanna see a white woman come in and save the day after everyone else put in all the work. If it was a movie about okoye, or shuri taking role of the BP I’m sure we would love it. And for the most part the majority of us loved Wonder Woman so that “y’all hate women” theory is just off with this.

But Frederick Joseph said he isn't sure the campaign to help young girls will receive as much support as the one for black boys did.
"I was hoping this would receive more traction than the last challenge," the New York marketer told CNN.
:snoop: setting up a narrative for #BMAT Twitter

The problem is we think white women have it worst than black people and they may have either of better than white men

Marvel is two years too late. Wonder Woman already came through and crushed the buildings.

If they had done a female-led superhero movie before that, there'd be more fanfare. But it took them eleven fukking years? :comeon:
Suicide squad rode Harley Quinn to success. Nobody gives a shyt about Captain Marvel female or male version. Marvel needs to drop that Khamala Khan joint and keep it it pushing

Funny thing, the Wonder Woman movie didn't need to do any fund raising to get more girls to see the movie.
Wonderwoman is far mroe popular, and I bet a lot of people don't know about Captain Marvel coming out with a movie in theaters in the first place.

Also most people don't know who Captain Marvel is, at the sound of the name of it they'd assume it was a male superhero.
