starting strength is greatEvery time I get in the gym I get a nagging little injury that sits me down smh. Got a bunch of inflammation in my right arm and it suddenly got way weaker than the left arm. Now I have to do physical therapy for that. I'll probably hire a personal trainer to make sure that I'm doing all my lifts correctly I'm tired of having setbacks. Need to sit down and read some of these books I bought like Starting Strength and Bigger, Leaner, Stronger as well.
