Me. Leg press is the only "hardcore" exercise I do for legs, I ain't trying to fukk my spine up, plus my legs, particularly my femurs, are long as a mf.
long legs here. i do not squat unless its very low weight just as a superset with leg press or something
i dont deadlift with any more than two plates. you do not have to squat to have strong legs. there are even some bodybuilders that don't squat. its not worth the risk IMO
