Doechii's album "ABNH" was what Hip Hop heads were waiting for but it went under the radar so now you can't complain about Sexyy Red and Ice Spice.

He doesnt get to call that an "era":mjlol:

And you really tried to compare him to Future. Hes bigger than Future now and you should be okay with that.
Whatever you say bro. And YOU compared artists like Future and Migos by saying their growth was organic because they had hit songs out. Newsflash buddy, they had hits because they were getting pushed by someone. This fallacy of an "organic push" and "inorganic push" is just silly. Dr Dre wasn't begrudgingly pushing Kendrick. Nobody was forcing anything to happen that wasn't going to already happen through hard work and dedication.

- has verifiable music dating back to the early 2000's as an indie artist, entire projects without major label support
- gets called inorganic by thecoli.com poster

Tell it to me straight. What are the good tracks on this album? What is she doing or saying that is so great. I don't care that she may or may not be better than such and such or who ever.

He couldnt give it to you any straighter than this.

"I use my dorky ass neice as a measure. If her and her friends are into it it’s an official movement lol"

As i listened to the album this is exactly the demographic i would expect to love it. The Booth liking it is whats throwing me off. Teenage black or white girls loving it I could see. It honestly sounds like music you would hear if they made a t.v show about rap. And their was a role on the show for "Conscience Girl #1". This is what her music would sound like. Very Empire-esque in my opinion is the best way to describe it. But some people loved the music on Empire,so to each his own.

Ill take Doechi, theres much deeper issues with this artist. Didnt even make it :20 seconds in before she was disqualified:mjpls:.

Not an indictment on her talent although theres countless white women that make this brand of music. So hopefully she has more than being the token black girl doing it going for her ,to make her stand out. Bad first impression, open to hearing more at a later date when my chi is less disturbed.

Do you fear you'll acquire a taste for dikk if you listen for yourself?
Why are you typing to me in this manner:gucci:. I already stated I turned it off from after listening to the first two tracks. I intended to let it play all the way through but now I'd rather just give a once-over of the "best" songs on there.

Buzz in the streets and buzz on the internet dictated they get a push though, which is my entire point your glossing over. There was momentum based on music or a hit that made them realize it was time to push the button and push those artist. The push was a reaction to something the artist did, that made the public react to it.

And when they got the push, the push made sense because it was relative to what they had done so far. You didnt have T.I ,3K and Jeezy passing the torch to Future ,calling him king of the south after Racks on Racks dropped:dead:

Everything push Future got made sense at the time he recieved said push.

Yall cant tell me what Kendrick did, that made the public react, that made the label react to that reaction. And give him that ungodly push that he got.

Yes I can. Nobody has made music like Kendrick before or afterwards. A special talent deserving of the praise and one of the best writers of his generation. Whether you wanna admit this or not is whatever...but it just seems like hate to me!

This unoriginal brand of rock music she is doing is a white woman creation to my knowledge:mjlol:. I dont know who did it first, but there are countless white women who sound like Lana Del Ray. If you want to deny that fact, thats up to you. And the fact i can say this without listening to that kind of music should tell you its oversaturated. But if yall want to pretend shes original, knock yourself out.
