I call BS on this. Lebron would probably LOVE to be coached by Popovich or Doc Rivers. great players want to be coached by great(or at least really good) coaches

And yet he had a chance to go to San Antonio this summer and didn't...and he had a chance to go the clippers this summer and didn't...

Instead he choose to go to a team that has a bottom 5 record in the nba over the last 3 or 4 years...and be coached by Luke fukking Walton...

But he is a borderline elite level head coach...thats why the clippers were able to trade their best player and still end up making the playoffs...

Magic letting J.West fleece him for Zubac was a bigger factor IMO.

It's weird, it seems like he doesn't ever want to be coached but when he went to Miami he was thirsty for Pat Riley to coach him . I think the ship has sailed on being able to coach Bron. He's 34 and has almost always had more power than the coaches. Sadly he needs a coach to check him and get him right. Under the right coach he would have 5+ championships.
He didnt know what he was asking for. He’s not built to deal with that kind of personality.
