This has been the case since Paul Silas. Good for Doc, you don’t want to be the next black man in the unemployment line thanks to Lebron
When did Doc Rivers become this great coach?...FOH
Doc has done a good job this season but let's not pretend that he's some elite level HC.

I call BS on this. Lebron would probably LOVE to be coached by Popovich or Doc Rivers. great players want to be coached by great(or at least really good) coaches
But he is a borderline elite level head coach...thats why the clippers were able to trade their best player and still end up making the playoffs...
We really shytting on one of the greatest black coaches in NBA history because he may not have wanted to coach BronWhen did Doc Rivers become this great coach?...FOH

He didnt know what he was asking for. He’s not built to deal with that kind of personality. It's weird, it seems like he doesn't ever want to be coached but when he went to Miami he was thirsty for Pat Riley to coach him . I think the ship has sailed on being able to coach Bron. He's 34 and has almost always had more power than the coaches. Sadly he needs a coach to check him and get him right. Under the right coach he would have 5+ championships.
Definitely not at this point in his career. He didnt know what he was asking for. He’s not built to deal with that kind of personality.
