No one but only 2 coaches I know Bron respects, Coach K and Pop. You know why Spurs wasn’t a factor at all? Because Pop is too draconian for Bron. Coach K is a very strict coach who would get in his face constantly, don’t let that media darling noise fool you. He’s an a$$hole. Phil Jackson might have been his dream coach and you know the story behind those 2 already.
Short story, no one in the league could “coach” Bron. Maybe before chip #1, but he’s LeGM now.

I thought everybody knew this? Lebron likes coaching himself and GM insight. He was given this in Cleveland and we went to the finals how many years in a row? I don't know why Lakers wants to do something diffrent when the Cavs already put out the blueprint on how to be successful with LeBron as the franchise.
1. Fill the team with shooters
2. Find a coach with no ego with is more of a strategist and game planner to report to Lebron and he will the the games.
3. Let Lebron know about all moves and get his okay before the move is a go.
The Lakers didn't do any of this but now wants to blame Lebron.

2. Magic kept a coach who is a motivator but not a strategic coach. Lebron don't need a motivator because he is the motivator, he needs game plans.

His coaching has never been in question. It's his moves when he was in charge of personnel that have been. But he's been relieved off those duties and things are going good this season obviously.

Bron wanted Pat because Spo was a hard ass. Bron confused Pat the cool, smooth executive with Pat the coach, because all he knew was Pat the executive...Wade had to school him on Pat the coach and basically told Bron

And I never said Doc was a bad coach....He's very good, I just don't think he's great. A great coach would've gotten CP3/Griffin to the WCF.
