Dennis Quaid was in no way shape of form touching Val Kilmer in that Doc Holiday roll
and that Kevin Coster Wyatt Earp movie was trash

to each his own but i didnt like the cartoonish way that tombstone showed that story. shyt was like watching a rated R version of the 3 amigos. wyatt earp was more realistic and gritty. people dont like it cause its long but its a way better movie imo

what was cartoonish about it

there's nothing realistic about wyatt earp just because it was a boring movie and the acting was terrible

everything was cartoonish about it. the action (that scene where he walked right towards all the gunmen and the sprayed him and didnt hit once but he killed them all on the first shot :russ:), the cowboys being a gang that all wore red sashes :stopitslime:, the cowboys being in the theater shooting at the actors for fun, curly bill acting like he was on acid when he killed the sheriff. the whole movie was just too wild with the story. i will give u val kilmer but tombstone overall was over the top.

Ejifor was good but everyone other than dern in that category had a better performance IMO. and if hanks was in there as he should have ejiofor would have been the weak link.. i felt that movie was carried more by the story than his performance. however that last scene was really moving.

If you're talking about that Captain movie..:camby: Dude sucked. his role was not memorable at all. I literally wanted him to die.

man your fukking crazy, look at the comparison of the OK corral right after to next
its' not even close

You see in tombstone their sweating from the heat and nervousness of confronting armed hostiles
in wyatt earp not a drop of sweat, their clothes are too neat, the Town looks fake like a set, its not even close

and when was Wyatt Earp sprayed in tombstone they didn't have automatic weapons back then
if you talking about when he went ape shyt near the end he was a better shot while moving
its hard to hit a moving target in real life let alone with those old guns

what wrong with the cowboys wearing red sashes it doesn't change the story
Russel actually has the exact same mustache Wyatt Earp as in the pictures
when Costner looks nothing like him
people did shyt like shoot up in the air in theatres all the time back then

1. nobody is sweating from heat in tombstone either, only doc's face is sweaty from his sickness and the cowboys were all just washing out their faces after being hungover

2. both towns look the same to me

3. not sprayed as in with a tommy gun but before he stood up, there was a hail of bullets coming at them and they were all taking cover and then he suddenly decides to walk right towards the shooters and hits them all 1 by 1 on some terminator shyt.

4. the cowboys wearing red sashes was a. fake and stolen from wild bill hickock, and b. unrealistic as hell because the cowboys were not that organized and why would any outlaw wear identifiers such as red clothing when most of them were wanted up and down the western US

5. im sure cowboys did shoot in the air but shooting shyt out of actor's hands? :pachaha:

i mean like i said, its a matter of opinion but i much prefer wyatt earp because by all accounts wyatt was a very quiet and reserved and tough and a hardass. tombstone makes him look at times too affable and friendly and that he wasnt.

Everybody is sweaty in tomb stone what are you talking about, doc is just always sweating througout the movie did you even watch the shyt

2. the town looks more authentic and worn in tombstone, the wyatt earp town is too prestine

3. it wasn't a hail of bullets, they were shooting one at a time, even then thats one scene through an entire film, and like your said there were taking cover which makes it even harder to aim if your not in the right position

4. nobody knows what the cowboys really wore so what does it matter. b. there's no way to know how organize they where, and from the movie they weren't that organized anyway they were just a gang of ruffians.

5. People do trick shots all the time in real life and can shoot shyt out your hands. It was showing how good they are with a pistol

and I pointed out how off base it was.

the gun fights in wyatt earp are worst than Nolan's fight scenes in batman

all tombstone being entertaining is not a negative

Wyatt Earp as a movie is just bad period regardless of genre regardless of time period, its just bad bland and unexciting

when's the last time you even watched that piece of shyt be honest
