no his dad at one point had one of the biggest black churches in Toronto my family used to go there in the late eighties early nineties. I used to sleep over their house and vice versa. The church ended up crashing and they moved to Florida then moved back. His older brother was my age and his older sister my sister age. His mom died in 2003 I remember going to the funeral, after that his siblings kind of all went here and there. I remember he and his older brother came to my church one Sunday and we were talking and they were starting a cleaning business this was like 9 years ago.

His dad had his 60th birthday party a few years ago that was the last time I seen Tory, I still see his eldest sister Zoe all the time as she and my sister are still close.

Knew a rapper who had a buzz in the early 00s who is from Florida. Only thing is nobody knows he’s from Florida and has never repped it, not sure if people just don’t care to look too deep into his past. Anyways all I can say is he caught a buzz off a record that was sure to be a hit and just as it was about to chart a big name at the time did a freestyle over the instrumental and stole all his buzz. So much so the beat is now synonymous with the big rapper.

Anyway me and him worked a summer at a theme park. I worked on the line at a ride but he was charismatic (teenagers at the time) so he actually got to be in a daily show as an extra villain for a superhero. One night he had done the show and I was waiting for him to wrap up because we had ride together and there was the mentally handicapped kid in the front row way more into it than everyone else screaming and hollering and everything. After the show we were on our way out by the water pond and dudes mom sees us and brings him over cause she recognized dude and wanted an “autograph” since she figure her so really enjoyed the show.

I backed away a bit so he could be nice to dude and he all of a sudden clicked off and yelled out “ you leave “superhero” alone and socked him so hard he fell up against the fence by the pond. It took 4 of us to hold him back from the handicapped dude. He quit the next day and since he was my ride I had to quit too.
